Instructors Code of Conduct Policy

ICC instructors are rigorously trained professionals required to abide by and honour a strict code of conduct as follows:

• Treat everyone with the same respect regardless of sex, ethnicity, or religion
• Treat everyone the same regardless of skill or gym status
• Try to make every gym experience a positive, enjoyable experience
• Do all you can to help students reach their full potential
• Be professional and punctual
• Set a good example for other instructors and students alike
• Maintain or improve your current accreditation
• Always strive to do better
• Provide planned and sequential training programs
• Keep your own and all student records up to date
• Provide a safe training environment at all times
