What is it?

Well, our ICC kickboxing is pretty special because unlike normal kickboxing which has a four-point fighting system, our Muay Thai style has eight points. That means you can use fists, feet, elbows and knees to fight – much more fun and a lot better for fitness. Our Muay Thai kickboxing is also great for ladies wanting to defend themselves against much bigger opponents, lose weight and get that toned sexy physique with lean muscle definition and get a whole body work out.

Who’s it for

Everyone! From kids wanting to gain fitness and self confidence to women wanting fitness and self defense, to everyone else in between – guys, seniors, families, aunties, uncles.
