Well, our ICC kickboxing is pretty special because unlike normal kickboxing which has a four-point fighting system, our Muay Thai style has eight points. That means you can use fists, feet, elbows and knees to fight – much more fun and a lot better for fitness. Our Muay Thai kickboxing is also great for ladies wanting to defend themselves against much bigger opponents, lose weight and get that toned sexy physique with lean muscle definition and get a whole body work out.
Everyone! From kids wanting to gain fitness and self confidence to women wanting fitness and self defense, to everyone else in between – guys, seniors, families, aunties, uncles.
Aside from teaching you a well-regarded and ancient Thai martial arts, ICC kickboxing will instill all kinds of other physical and emotional benefits – fitness, self-discipline, self-confidence, respect and composure.
"Mario and Ann Marie are fantastic with the kids. They make training fun and my daughter LOVES going. After trying so many different sports and activities over the years, not enjoying anything enough to stick it out, she wanted to try ICC after hearing about it through a friend. It's been over a year and her passion for it has only grown. I highly recommend ICC and the instructors!"
"Integrated Combat Centre is an excellent place to learn martial arts. There is a great family environment and the instruction is world class. I would gladly recommend them to anyone interested!"
"My kids love training here! They have learnt great skills, all coaches are very knowledgeable, clean open space, and welcoming community. We highly recommend this centre"
"I started training here about a year ago. The gym has great facilities, and most importantly, a welcoming environment. The classes are very well structured. There are also plenty of opportunities to improve the BJJ skills as David and Steven are always willing to go to the extra effort."
"Just had an awesome first class with Dave and Steven. Really friendly and welcoming environment and easy to understand yet technical explanations of techniques."
